Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconeosis is a relatively entertaining joke disease made by the one we call God. In summary, it is a lung disease common among miners. The real joke of the disease is the fact that a man with a lung disease could take a weekend telling the doctors what he has, and a common miner will have such a lack of education that his memory will be limited to "Uhh, I think it starts with an 'n'...". It would of course be more entertaining if it was a more popular disease, with people constantly worrying about whether or not their friends have, 'That horrible disease... I think it starts with an 'n'?". Along with forgetting how to say the word, whenever someone got it right, no one would know what they were talking about. For instance:
2010: Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconeosis is overtaking the country, and people everywhere are calling it the next plague.
At a party: one intelligent guest is familiar with the disease, and knows it is very catching. He is about to break some bad news to his friends.
Bob: Everybody!
everybody: Huh?
Bob: I have a horrible announcement to make.
everybody: Oh. Cool. (they go back to what they were doing)
Bob: Umm, I'm going to tell you right now...
everybody: Oh! Ok I get it...
